At Ardhashuchi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are custom-made through print-on-demand services, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product received

To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Slight color differences due to screen display
  • Used or washed products
  • Tags have been removed or damaged
  • The product is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered
  • The item shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery

To request a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.


Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
