At Ardhashuchi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are custom-made through print-on-demand services, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Incorrect product received
To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Change of mind after order placement
- Slight color differences due to screen display
- Used or washed products
- Tags have been removed or damaged
- The product is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered
- The item shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery

Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
